Krav maga - universal style of self-defense

More and more often we hear that the world has changed, if it has not turned upside down, and not for the better: all too often physical and moral violence, a decline in the level of culture, an increase in the crime rate, to some extent the immoral degradation of the Z-generation, and much more.

The ability to stand up for oneself, protect oneself from threats, protect oneself and loved ones, save lives, in the end, acquires paramount importance in the conditions of cruel modernity. In nature, even small insects, feeling on an instinctive level a threat from the outside, are able to disguise themselves and escape from the enemy. It is more difficult for a person in this regard, but one can learn combat techniques, self-defense techniques, which will serve as even better self-defense than a camouflage suit.

The Krav Maga Association of Ukraine was created to solve real problems that everyone can face - from schoolchildren to self-sufficient men and women. A versatile approach allows you to teach people of all ages and genders how to protect themselves and their loved ones with the help of martial arts.

What is Krav Maga and how is the training going

The principle of work of the Ukrainian Federation of Self-Defense for Adults and Adolescents consists of two parts: psychological and physical training.

Krav Maga is a complex of skills and abilities that work at the level of reflexes. This is not a philosophical doctrine, not a martial art, but basic techniques of hand-to-hand combat honed in practice, a problem-solving tool, the main goal of which is to ensure physical safety in conditions of threat to health or life and to protect a neighbor. And everyone can learn these tactical and technical actions in just a few months of regular and diligent training at the Krav Maga School in Vinnitsa.

Originally developed for the Israel Defense Forces and adapted to local conditions, the Krav Maga self-defense program has become popular in Ukraine as well, in order to teach people to get out of crisis situations that threaten life and health as quickly as possible, overcome fear of danger, and avoid deplorable situations. Particular attention is paid to the speed and accuracy of actions, the symmetry of the response to the threat: gripping the pistol bolt, gripping the armed arm with the elbow, entering the attack with the beak and much more.
